RETURNS

Any product you purchase from Kero Design comes with a commitment to bring you 100% satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will accept the return of unworn, defective or unwashed products within 30 days from the purchase for a refund.  Merchandise should be returned with original hand tags attached and your refund will be credited back to the original payment method; allow up to three weeks to receive and complete this process.

Please be informed that the shipping charges from the original purchase are not refundable, and we will also deduct a flat rate of $6.95 for your return. Contact us at service@kero-design.com for any further information.  Thank you.
