Policy of Changes and Returns


At Kero Design, we strive to provide high-quality products and meet the needs of our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

In order to process a return, you must meet the following requirements:

  • The garment must be in its original condition, without damage or signs of use.
  • Must have original store tag attached to garment.
  • You must present the original proof of purchase.

To return an item of clothing, follow these steps:

  1. Please contact our customer service to request a return authorization. The customer service email is as follows: contact@kero-design.com
  2. Pack the garment securely, preferably in the same packaging it received.
  3. Attach a copy of the proof of purchase in the package or through our customer service means.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided.

Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the return is the result of an error on our part (for example, we sent you the wrong item or the item was faulty).

Once we receive the item and it is verified that it meets the return requirements, we will process the refund within five business days. The refund will be made through the same payment method that you used for the original purchase.
